We are seeking a highly motivated, service-based professional who has the passion and skills required to provide exceptional customer service. This role is a part time role 8am to 12 noon Monday to Friday.
About the role:
As a Building Manager, you are responsible for overseeing daily operations and will be the main point of contact for residents, contractors, builders, and property managers.
You will receive continuous support and assistance from the management team who will provide training and guidance to help with your transition into the role.
Key tasks you will be responsible for include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring By-Law compliance
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Coordination of contractors
- Preventative maintenance management
- Undertaking daily site inspections
- Reporting
- Approving invoices
- Identifying defects
About You:
As an employee of Structure Building Management, you will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to follow guidelines and procedures in place.
You will be confident to work autonomously and be able to follow up on all tasks in a timely manner and you will highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment to customer service.
You may be from backgrounds such as hospitality, retail, real estate or management. Experience is not essential – we believe in providing all the resources to help you become a successful, long term Building Manager.
