2 Building management positions.
One located in the North-West and the other based in the South-west.
You will be responsible for:
- Regular building inspections
- Handling tenancy enquiries and ensure any issues are followed up in a timely manner
- Identify defects and deficiencies in the delivery of services
- Maintenance of risk management and compliance documentation
- Coordinate external contractors for maintenance works
- Management of common facilities, ensuring safe and clean conditions
- Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Ideally 2-3 years building management experience
- BMC experience
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Proven ability to build solid relationships and rapport with tenants and other stakeholders
- Understand the importance of delivering the best customer service
