Buinsess Development Manager | Construction

Their team comprises of experienced fit-out experts, empowering them to handle significant commercial, hospitality, and retail shopfitting projects.
With over 50 people in their current team, you'll be part of a company that aims to exceed their customers expectations and has an all inclusive, team-based approach to their work.

THE ROLE

The client is seeking a dynamic addition to their Sales and Estimating Team where you will report to the Director.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in the industry, particularly in fitouts, along with a strong network and expertise in handling local and international clients. Key qualifications include:

• Proven sales experience in retail, especially within their trusted retail partners and MUST BE IN SHOPFITTING!
• Collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively in group settings.
• Established network of supplier contacts across retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors preferred.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills across various mediums.
• Positive demeanor in interpersonal interactions.
