- A key role in the engine room of our business, providing administrative support to the Director and Office/Operations Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a strong work ethic and an ability to adapt as our business continues to grow. The successful applicant will have the ability to pick up procedures quickly and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities
Be the backbone of support for our Director and Office/Operations Manager.
Assisting Director and Office/Operations Manager:
- Invoice & credit card reconciliations (accounts experience would be an advantage)
- Team liaison
- Staff, customer calls and/or emails
- General office organisation (keeping it neat and tidy, ordering stationery etc)
- Organise staff training and social events
- System and Manual Updates
- Help to maintain WHS & HR compliance
- Marketing and social media posting
- Other duties as required. (We are a small business so all hands on deck!).

- Tech savvy with a high level of attention to detail.
- Driven with a Strong work ethic.
- Be a problem solver.
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Administration experience.
- Passionate and a willingness to learn and grow within an exciting landscaping business.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Research capabilities as the role may include researching current WHS, HR and Fair Work compliance.
