About the Role
We would love to have a dynamic and friendly person to work in a fast paced but fun office environment. You will be required to be highly organised and efficient on a computer and be able to communicate effectively on a phone. A keen interest in invoicing and accounts will be a huge bonus. The fluidity of Gilson Group means that you will not have a boring day and there is always scope for progression through the company.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in administration with an interest in invoicing
- Highly organised and possess great time management skills
- Competent computer skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritise and meet work deadlines
- Ability to process high volume of work
Tasks & responsibilities
- Office administration with a focus on providing support to the invoicing and accounts team
- Daily operations of the business focusing on the processing of jobs, and administration
- Booking in clients and jobs
- Process customers orders
- Maintaining systems and databases
