6+ Month above award rate maternity leave position available, for approximately 2-3 days/16-24 hours per week Monday to Friday. Opportunity for conversion to ongoing position potentially available.

About the Role
This role is an integral part of the company and memorial process. You will be required to provide exceptional customer service to both clients and trades, while working on projects of all different requirements and sizes This role includes tasks such as:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and emails from our clients.
- Process client details and requirements, entering them into our tailored database.
- Prepare & processing client documentation.
- Liase with industry partners to ensure site access and availability.
- Maintain strong empathetic relationships with all current and new clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a positive, organised, attentive, compassionate, exceptional standard of customer service and respond appropriately to client enquiries.
- Professionally represent our organisation during interactions with all internal and external stakeholders, showing common courtesies and enthusiasm.
- Accurately assess personalities and emotions to effectively adapt to communication style of clients.
- Maintain and utilise relationship with members of industry partners to gain cooperation and assistance where required.
- Manage office tasks and responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the positive, supportive and respectful culture.
Skills and Experience
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and empathy skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and Outlook.
- Confident written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner and relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail, organised and process oriented.
- Reliable, driven, understanding and enthusiastic work ethic.
- Previous administration experience is ideal.
