The Opportunity:
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's service department
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing service requests and scheduling appointments for service customers.
- Coordinating with technicians and customers to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer enquiries and concerns.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the service team.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role with a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
