Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst at The Happy Hound Collective, you will play a pivotal role in our journey towards operational excellence. With four distinct brands under our umbrella, we are embarking on a transformative project to streamline our operations by consolidating data flow into a single ERP system. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless integration and optimization of the ERP software, catering to the diverse needs of our stakeholders and business processes.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of current business processes in collaboration with stakeholders from across the organization.
• Analyze and document existing data flow within and between the four individual brands, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Document all workflows and business processes comprehensively, including any shortcomings or inefficiencies identified by stakeholders.
• Map the current data flow from existing software systems to the new ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between software functionalities and business needs.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams to ensure smooth implementation and transition to the new ERP system.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and effectiveness of the ERP system post-implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a software-focused business analysis role is essential, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous, particularly in the context of data migration and integration.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results within specified timelines and budget constraints.
