The opportunity
We are building the foundations to enhance member, employer and employee experiences to help our members face the future with confidence. As part of this we are embarking on an administration transition designed to deliver outstanding service and experiences for our members and partners. As part of this project, we are seeking a Business Analyst to take responsibility for analysing and documenting business requirements, current and future state processes, solution options, and test strategies. Working on a six month maximum term contract, you will successfully define and deliver across multiple streams to ensure project benefits and member outcomes are met.
About you
You have developed an expertise in understanding and articulating business requirements through strong facilitation, analysis and stakeholder engagement skills. Ideally, you will come from a financial services background and have significant experience employing the use of business analysis techniques such as: requirements decomposition; data analysis and data modelling; process modelling; and functional modelling.
