The Role
Reporting into the Iteration Manager, the Business Analyst is a 12-month contract opportunity. We are delivering a major enterprise-wide program of work and change which will deliver significant and positive changes for our partners, advisers and customers.
You will be assigned to work day-to-day in an agile squad within a multi-disciplinary team with a focus on collaborating with stakeholders across the business to uncover business needs, gather, define and document their requirements, facilitate ideation and discovery sessions and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for your agile squad and technical delivery teams.
About you
A Business Analyst with experience in working across digital & business critical systems initiatives and projects, you will have the ability to collaborate and work cross functionally with other technical SMEs and the business, enable you to understand the scope of what is required and thus hit the ground running immediately.
You possess understanding and prior experience in working within a highly-regulated environment such as the Insurance and/or Financial Services sector.
Lastly, you possess outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders to influence decision making.
