About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will provide end-to-end business analysis, stakeholder engagement and solution requirements to projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups within Australian Retirement Trust.
Within the Automation Team, you will be working in a fast paced environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders and our systems developers to determine if automation of processes is beneficial. You will lead story elaboration for the team and define acceptance criteria.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Lead the analysis and resolution of business problems by critically analysing information gathered through a range of elicitation techniques to develop requirements for new business opportunities.
- Build productive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders, business units, technology, and support teams.
- Ensure that business solutions are aligned with business and organisational strategic objectives.

About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in delivering business and technical analysis services in complex transformation programs and projects.
- Knowledge of Superannuation business operations would be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to estimate, plan and manage business analysis work schedules.
- Demonstrated understanding of agile delivery methodologies, as well as knowledge of requirement management tools such as Jira.
- Previous exposure to automation tools such as UiPath and ABBYY is desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively, with demonstrated skills in stakeholder management across all levels within an organisation (business and technical).
- Demonstrated professional work ethic, with resilience to deliver outcomes to a deadline, and an ability to take on new challenges and be able to adapt to change.
