The role will involve generating financial and commercial insights from business area performance metrics to drive effective planning and performance. Reporting to the Operations Reporting and Service Excellence Manager, the Business Analyst will develop high quality analytics for service operations profitability and cost drivers, interpret non-financial data, standardisation of reporting, assist with the development of project business cases and post investment appraisals plus other adhoc activities as required. The role will collaborate with various departments to analyse complex data and provide valuable insights that contribute to performance improvement and the achievement of business goals.

About You:
- Tertiary qualification (e.g. Economics/Business/ Mathematics/Finance or equivalent field)
- Strong experience in comparable role
- Background in finance and/or relevant certifications in Business Analysis essential
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to strive for continuous improvement and support change initiatives.
- Proficiency in financial modelling with a strong attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interpret reports.
- Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office, Power BI, internet-based applications
- Experience with SAP desirable
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
