Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze and collaborate with team members to determine and document business requirements
- Drive and support the successful implementation of IT solutions to meet business needs
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with teams from different departments to develop and implement project plans
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment and/or biomedical implementing large SAP projects
- Must have industry work experience with implementing SAP S/4HANA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver results
