ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Business Analyst for the Intranet Modernisation Project, you will be the catalyst behind our transformative journey. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and unravelling the intricate web of our current intranet ecosystem. Your ability for understanding diverse perspectives will be instrumental in crafting a visionary roadmap for the future.
The Business Analyst is also responsible for supporting the analysis, development, review and implementation of a range of projects.
The position also contributes to the achievements of the Advisory Services division through the delivery of effective business services and relationship management with a diverse range of internal and external clients and stakeholders including senior representatives of public sector organisations.
The key responsibilities of the Business Analyst are to engage with stakeholders across different divisions to navigate current gaps and non-functional features, collaborate with IT teams, eternal vendors and technical teams to translate business requirements into an exciting platform that provides a smooth transition to the new Intranet system.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst in complex business IT projects, preferably in Intranet or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
