One of Australia’s leading Federal Government Departments is looking to engage experienced and skilled Business Analysts/ System Analysts to be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of new cloud capabilities. The Business Analyst/ System Analyst will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive lucrative hourly rates.
The successful Business Analyst/ System Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders and contribute to the strategic objectives using analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Seamlessly adapt to shifting priorities and demonstrate the ability to identify and link relevant information while bridging the gap between technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Assess current systems or workloads, identifying dependencies, and devising migration strategies to seamlessly transition to new cloud capabilities
- Analyse business processes, define requirements, and design efficient operating models that leverage the potential of cloud technologies;
- Detailed system analysis, interface with technical teams and ensure the successful deployment of cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
The successful Business Analyst/ System Analyst will have the following:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar, demonstrating solid foundation in business analysis practices
- Previous experience undertaking Planning, Analysis, and Execution of assigned work packages.
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud Technologies and/or Cloud Government Projects, familiarity with relevant frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in synthesising complex information and effectively communicating it to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Support traceability of requirements through the lifecycle from project initiation to realisation and acceptance as operational outcomes.
