Welcome to Your Caring Way!Developed by Carers Queensland, the Your Caring Way (YCW)
Program is a tri-state, federally funded pilot program. Funded since 2020
and now until June 30th, 2025, we are very proud of the innovative vocational
service that we provide which is designed to support unpaid carers to enter or
re-enter the workforce by building their capability through vocational
coaching, training and placement as well as community capacity by establishing
partnerships with local employers, community service providers and registered
training organisations. The PositionThe Business & Community Development Officer
(parental leave) brings together both the drive for business with
the passion for community outcomes to ensure our pilot program in Queensland
thrives! The opportunity of this role will allow you to bring your creative,

Attractive remuneration
package of CSW5.1 - $94,177.78 per annum + 11% Super +
Accrued Days Off (ADO) each month available + transfer your long service
leave via QLEAVE (if applicable).

benefits + access to private health corporate employee benefits with

3+ years demonstrated
experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to
detail with demonstrated ability to engage and entice people
to the service.
