The Opportunity:
We are in search of an exceptional professional with a strong background and existing connections within the NDIS and aged care sectors. This crucial position requires a strategic individual who has a history of fostering relationships, facilitating partnerships, and driving forward initiatives that yield substantial growth. Your rich network and profound insights into the sector are essential to our shared achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development: Utilize your established network to identify and secure Private Rental or SDA Properties for SIL Homes and connect with potential clients.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage your connections to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, NDIS participants, and their families.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive the acquisition of new clients by employing sophisticated sales strategies and utilizing your deep sector knowledge.
- Industry Representation: Represent Delta Community Support at high-level industry events, networking meetings, and expos to promote our innovative services.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting:Collaborate with our team to refine strategies and regularly report on your progress towards achieving key business objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience in the NDIS or aged care sectors as an Intake Officer, Business Development or similar role, with a strong record of achieving and exceeding KPI
- Existing, robust connections within the sector, capable of opening doors and creating new opportunities for business growth.
- Abilitiy to complete regular reporting and work with the CEO on Marketing Strategies including Socials and Networking Events.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade at all levels.
- Proficient in CRM software and data-driven decision-making.
- Flexible in working hours, open to both part-time and full-time arrangements.
