As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our Business Development Managers to identify and secure new business within a defined territory.
Focused primarily on relationship development, you will be directly involved with liaising with current and prospective clients, organisational and workforce development and assisting towards business consulting by our Business Development Managers and any client presentations they may participate in.

- The ability to maintain and strengthen pre-existing client relationships
- Passion towards meeting client's needs and delivering above and beyond service.
- A Proven track record of providing service excellence
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confident administrative skills to accurately capture information presented to you.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Pre-existing relationships within the local community also a plus
- A current Drivers licence and car
