As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our presence in the electronic security sector. Your primary focus will be on cultivating new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with our Tier 1 clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electronic security market, with a specific focus on commercial clients
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Utilise your extensive product knowledge of Gallagher, Inner Range, Milestone, Lenel, Hikvision, and Geutebrook, among other industry-leading brands, to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive security solutions that address the diverse needs of commercial clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven track record as a BDM or Account Manager in the electronic security industry.
- Extensive experience with integration security solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, Nurse Call Systems, and Intercoms.
- In-depth product knowledge of Gallagher, Inner Range, Milestone, Lenel, Hikvision, and Geutebrook, as well as other relevant technologies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Must possess a current Security License in NSW.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless focus on exceeding targets and objectives.
