About the Role: The Partnership Manager will be responsible for delivering against the reengagement strategy and creating new relationships. They will meet with veteran representatives to support veterans with their DVA mental health claims. There is an expectation to travel and attend various networking events outside of regular working hours. The location of this role will be in the office at Eight Mile Plains or at networking events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with veterans and veteran representatives.
- Support veteran representatives and advocates in navigating the evolving DVA landscape.
- Maintain excellent communication with veteran representatives, keeping them informed of appointment progress and report status.
- Create partnerships with GPs and other relevant referrers for telepsychiatry services.
- Utilise HubSpot CRM to manage and track interactions with veterans and partners.
- Attend networking events to expand our reach within the veteran community.
- Be willing to travel and attend events locally and nationally outside of normal working hours.
- Stay informed about DVA policies and procedures relevant to mental health claims.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and report to the Corporate Partnerships Manager.
Qualifications:
- Preferred background as a veteran with a deep understanding of veterans' needs. Or someone who has extensive experience working with veterans.
- Familiarity with DVA policies and procedures related to mental health claims.
- Experience in using HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
- Willingness to travel to networking events.
- Willingness to work outside of normal work hours to attend various engagement opportunities.
