With a long history of delivering sustainable and innovative packaging solutions to some of the most well-known brands, Pact Packaging is looking for an energetic Business Development Manager based in Broadmeadows or Mulgrave who will work with customers in Australia and New Zealand. You will develop sales opportunities for Pact's packaging products through engagement of existing and new customers and manage customers at state and national level. The primary purpose of the role is to find and develop new business opportunities that align with the strategic goal of PACT with regards to growth and the circular economy.

Reporting to the General Manager Sales
- Manage an agreed customer base through regular calling and communication, business review and customer relationship building
- Deliver a strategic sales list
- Secure new business with existing customers’, new business and product development opportunities, and organic base growth.
- Champion of customer, product and process throughout the business units.
- Manage revenue and margin expectations through the forecasting and budgeting process.
- Undertake Monthly reporting by major customer (Sales value and margin)
- Project management reporting
Your skills and experience
- Proven Business Development experience.
- Proven Track record of working in complex teams
- Packaging experience or relevant business experience
- Technical understanding with a manufacturing environment
- B2B selling experience with senior stakeholders
