The Role:
We're thrilled to present an enticing opportunity for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to tackle the Greater Sydney area.
In this role, you will:
- Prospect and secure new business via cold calling, expanding our product distribution network
- Implement strategic plans, business strategies, and promotional initiatives
- Manage a designated geographic territory within Greater Sydney
- Harness systems and data to optimize opportunities in your territory
- Maintain shelf presence and organisation at retail locations
- Provide regular sales reports to the Managing Directors on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
About You:
You'll be an essential addition to our team, bringing extensive experience in a similar capacity and a strong work ethic. Key qualifications include:
- High levels of self-motivation and dedication
- Proven FMCG sales expertise in Route, P&C, or Foodservice sectors is highly valued
- Comfortable working autonomously due to the nature of the role
- Proficient in commercial selling, negotiation, and objection handling
- Tech-savvy with keen attention to detail
- Possession of a valid Australian driver's license
