Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify new business prospects and cultivate relationships with referral partners.
- Develop strategies to effectively tap into new markets.
- Handle cold calls and inquiries, converting them into new business
- Craft compelling materials to attract prospective clients.
- Conduct open houses for newly listed properties.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and handovers to property managers.
- Serve as a brand ambassador.
