We are looking to expand our team with a confident Business Development Manager with extensive track record of organic property management growth. You will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer centric, committed, thrive on challenges and determined professional who has a genuine passion to hunt growth of new business.

You will be provided with support and assistance from our Director, Head of Property Management and the Property Management Team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Organic Growth of property managements

• Arranging and conducting market appraisals
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Offer professional advice to clients
• Listing and leasing of residential and some commercial properties
• Conducting Property Inspections
• Communicating with vendors and purchasers, developers and or leases and lessors
• Work closely with Sales Agents & Property management team
• Achieve set agreed targets

Skills and experience

*Real Estate Sales, Property Management or BDM Roles

• The ability to build and nurture relationships when engaging new business
• Willing to Prospect through Phone Calling /Door Knocking/Direct Mail
• Strong Negotiation skills      
• Excellent communication skills, proven management skills with ability to multi task
• Excellent presentation, organisational and administration skills
• Current Drivers Licence and Reliable car
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Working Monday - Saturday with a day off in lieu (5 day work week)
