About the Role:

Are you an energetic and sales-driven Business Development Manager ready to make an impact? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced team in Melbourne. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and Business Development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone-based sales calls to generate and qualify warm leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and support sales efforts.
What We Look For:
  • Minimum 5 years in Business Development or sales, with a preference for NDIS or Aged Care experience.
  • Experienced in both B2B and B2C sales.
  • Proven skills in client relationship management and business opportunity identification.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Independent work ethic with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

  • OTE $150k - $250k.
