Are you an energetic and sales-driven Business Development Manager ready to make an impact? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced team in Melbourne. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and Business Development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone-based sales calls to generate and qualify warm leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and support sales efforts.
- Minimum 5 years in Business Development or sales, with a preference for NDIS or Aged Care experience.
- Experienced in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Proven skills in client relationship management and business opportunity identification.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Independent work ethic with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- OTE $150k - $250k.
- Competitive base salary within the market plus generous commission scheme.
