You will be focused on growing the rent role from leads shared by the sales team as well as your own networking efforts and an existing database. You will be a part of a dynamic new business team and will be responsible for the following:
- Qualify leads and set up appraisals appointments
- Prepare proposals and win new business
- Review safety and compliance for leasing
- Arrange collection of keys and maintenance work
- Manage pipeline of potential Landlords
- Attend sales opens and pre-market inspections
- Prepare investor packs and rent reviews
- Assist with leasing and application approvals
- Prospecting and networking to source new business
The right candidate will have:
- Experience in a real estate BDM role OR
- Exposure to new business working in PM or leasing
- Knowledge of the North Shore preferable
- A certificate of registration or real estate licence
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
- A current drivers licence and reliable car
- Impeccable presentation
- Sharp negation skills and the ability to win business
