We are in search of a proactive Business Development Manager to take on a comprehensive role, focusing on residential and commercial markets. This is tailor-made for a results-oriented individual who can utilise a well-established network to develop and expand the territory while fostering key relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from specification through architects and designers to builders and contractors.
- Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies catering to custom and high-end residential builders as well as commercial projects.
- Utilise an existing network in QLD to broaden the territory and extend market outreach.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Ideal Experience:
- Substantial experience in Business Development within the architectural or Building Products sector.
- A proactive approach akin to a "self motivated GO GETTER."
- Proficient in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Results and KPI driven, proven track record in meeting KPI's and targets
- Ambitious, persistent, and motivated with a genuine passion for surpassing client expectations.
- 8-10 years experience in the industry
