SalaryMy client professionally serves an all-encompassing and diverse portfolio of properties which consist of large residential estates, commercial buildings, high rise residences, boutique establishments, townhouses, and aged care centres.
This role is to primarily hunt out new business contracts. This role will see you using your initiative in identifying business and developing solutions as you see fit.
Salary range $100,000 to $120,000 + Super + comms

MUST have proven experience in a BD Sales role within the Owners Corporation / Real Estate industry.
- Strong communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- An ability to operate autonomously with confidence
- Experience in a similar role
- Develop growth strategies and plans to proactively grow existing business and identify new market/sales opportunities
- Preparing and following up on quotes, proposals and contracts
- Effective conversion of leads to new business through cold calling and warm calling
- Working closely with the Directors and to collaborate on new ideas and leads
- Attend expos, networking events and any other opportunities as they arise or as requested
