This is a really important role for us! You'll combine your knack for networking with your business lending know-how to generate new business for BankSA. As a Business Development Manager, you'll network and build relationships with external partners, attracting customers from preferred broker flows or competitors. You'll be an advocate for our outstanding service promise with the aim of growing future business and referrals.
Partnering with internal specialists and working across a diverse portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers, you'll service our customers across Adelaide allowing a seamless and easy transaction for your customer. As well as first party new to bank deals.

What do I need?
Firstly, Business Development experience in a banking environment - this is critical to help you hit the ground running. Secondly, plenty of ambition, confidence and people skills, as you'll need that to build your networks and steer new business in the right direction. We'll be impressed by your proven track record for winning new business and managing B2B partnerships. We're looking for an energetic professional who our team and our partners see as a SME banking expert - which means a solid background in business lending.
