About the Role:
Joining their dynamic team in Sydney Metro, you'll report to the Operations Manager, focusing on self-managed and plan-managed participants until NDIS registration approval. Your role will be instrumental in driving client support, workforce development, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Forge relationships within the disability support sector to increase participant numbers through networking and events.
- Lead Generation: Identify new customer sources and present opportunities to leadership.
- Participant Experience: Provide exceptional service to participants and families, guiding them through available support services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with Support Coordinators, NDIS participants, and families.
- Representation: Represent the company at industry events and expos, advocating for its innovative services.
- Intake Coordination: Manage the end-to-end intake process, ensuring smooth client onboarding and retention.
- Administration: Oversee documentation for new clients, including service agreements and other documents.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with leadership team to enhance the company's industry network and social media presence in Sydney Metro.
We seek an accomplished business professional with a robust network within the Disability Support sector in Sydney. Your strategic acumen and relationship-building skills will be key to success. You will ideally be an experienced NDIS/Disability Support Business Development Consultant, your expertise will drive growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in NDIS/Disability Support Business Development or similar roles, exceeding KPIs.
- Strong connections within the NDIS/Disability sector, capable of generating new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in marketing coordination and event management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of NDIS/Disability plans and service agreements.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, and NSW Driver License.
