What’s the Role? Stelno Logisics is seeking multiple highly motivated individuals to join our growing team across the country. The team is responsible for originating new client relationships, while renewing and growing existing clients, and driving partnership discussions.
We’ll trust you to:Build a dynamic set of growth opportunities through new Business Development and identifying leads
Generating revenue across existing accounts
Diligently responsible for planning and managing direct sales activities to prospect and attain new accounts and develop weekly, monthly and yearly pipeline
Identify market trend and translate insights into actionable plans
Achieving sales targets, set KPI's and negotiate customer contracts
Willingness to challenge the status quo, explore new avenues, and present creative solutions.You’ll need to have:A track record of building market and industry relationships in the International Freight Forwarding sector and exceeding sales targetsA strong collaborator
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
We’d love to see:Experience of hitting sales targets
Existing network within relevant market and industries
Strong interest and understanding on International Freight ForwardingExperience using various sales tools
