Your focus will be on growing our existing compact and well maintained rent roll. Proven and demonstrable track record in Business Development is a requirement, along with your current Certificate of Registration for Property Management in Queensland.
The Role:
- Actively prospect for new business to grow the current rental portfolio
- Develop external relationships to assist with growth
- Liaise with sales team to maximise new business lead potential
- Maintain customer service program with existing landlord and tenant database
- Conduct rental appraisals and listing presentations, and ensure smooth handover to the property management team
- Promote the brand and the team through effective marketing.
- Leverage your extensive experience and grow the business

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:
- Have a proven and demonstrable track record in Business Development
- Have prior leasing or property management experience
- Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
- Have outstanding sales and negotiation skills
- Have exceptional drive and motivation
- Have a current Certificate of Registration for property management in Queensland and driver's license
The position is available full or part time, no Saturday is required.
