Epiroc is now hiring a Business Development Manager based in Perth, servicing customers within Western Australia.
This is a key position within the Epiroc Parts and Services sales organisation, providing our existing customers with support to ensure their machines can do what they do best.
As the Business Development Manager for Parts and Service, you would assume responsibility for a selection of customers operating in the Mining (both surface and underground) and Civil Construction industries. There are several attributes that the successful applicant will need to possess, which include:
- A background in and understanding of Business Development, account management or general sales.
- A technical mindset - you don't need to be an expert regarding machinery as you will be supported in that space, but a solid understanding of technical considerations is important.
- Highly developed communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to find common ground with people approaching projects from differing perspectives.
- Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded.
- A strong ability and desire to solve problems.
