Drawing on both consultative and conceptual selling approaches, you will build substantial business relationships with eye care professionals and drive the growth of our brand.
Your responsibilities include:
Strategic Growth:
• Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting the Client's lenses, coatings, and equipment to eye care professionals.
• Building Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders and identify opportunities to grow their business using the Client's range of products and services.
• Market Analysis: Utilize the CRM system to identify and target key customer prospects effectively.
• Training and Education: Conduct on-site training and educational seminars to foster a deeper understanding and demand for our products and services.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with internal teams, always upholding the Client's standard of ethical engagement in all interactions.
• Collaborative Spirit: Work seamlessly with internal teams to develop and implement national marketing plans and innovative sales strategies.

• What You Will Bring
We welcome applicants who have:
Tertiary education in Business or Optical related field.
Experience:
• Over 3 years of experience in the optical sales sector, encompassing lenses, customer support, laboratory work, or retail positions
• Background in interacting with practice personnel, through roles in B2B sales or direct practice involvement
• Adaptable Approach: A “can-do” attitude, with a willingness to be flexible to meet customer needs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to negotiate and foster strong relationships.
• Adequate skills in computer usage for various business-related tasks.
• Strong grasp of business fundamentals, including pricing strategies and profit margins
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Proficient in interpreting sales figures to inform strategic decisions
• Capable of educating both groups and individuals on product knowledge, enhancing their expertise
