We are needing someone with previous experience as a BDM, who can come in and hit the ground running!
Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into new managements
- Prospect for new opportunities, within the existing database and through effective networking
- Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of business
- Adhere to set weekly and monthly KPI's and targets
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained
- Assist the team with ad-hoc projects to further assist the business
- To be PROACTIVE this role is highly rewarding and we need someone HUNGRY & MOTIVATED!
- Previous experience within Real Estate - You could be working within Leasing, Property Management, Sales but the main thing is a willingness and track record in being proactive to deliver outstanding customer service in achieving goals
- Strong follow up skills
- The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
- Team orientated
- Must be presentable
- Must have a driver’s License and access to a car full time
- You must have an Agents Rep certificate or Cert 4 in Real Estate Services.
