As the Business Development Manager, what will your day-to-day look like?
You will be a key member in our sales team, working with the State Sales Manager to support in student enrolments for our purpose-built training facility in Salisbury.
The Business Development Manager will:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry experts
Recruit genuine students with the intention to complete an apprenticeship with Everthought
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
You will be required to promote the Everthought Education product portfolio through a variety of sales and marketing activities focused on achieving enrolment targets
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
Identify and accelerate revenue growth with sole focus on outbound prospecting
Respond to all new leads and accelerate revenue.
Your background will include:
Understanding of strategic marketing plan development
Strong awareness of student marketing and recruitment strategies
Understanding of Domestic Apprenticeship requirements
Knowledge of product portfolio development and evaluation
An enthusiastic approach to relationship management.
