The role (position available in Melbourne):
As a Regional Development Manager at Eurocold, you will play a pivotal role in our business growth by representing our brand, positively contributing to our industry and building on our growing reputation as a trusted partner.
A day in the life of a Regional Development Manager looks like:
- Driving new business opportunities (specifically in rental, but also servicing buy and repair) through genuine passion and connection for our customers' businesses and the industries we engage with.
- Frequently getting out to see customers, understanding their everyday challenges, and focusing on building sustainable partnerships.
- Crafting truck and rental solutions for customers and presenting in our customer’s preferred method. We have all types of customers, so flexibility in delivery mode is critical.
- Proactively manage your portfolio of customers to deliver professional fleet management. Regularly review a customer’s fleet through effective reporting and identify exceptions and seeking opportunities to reduce costs through increased fleet optimisation.
- Working as a team player with our depots to ensure the effective execution of customer agreements.
- Really believing in the Eurocold goals and being authentic in your approach to grow and defend market share in your territory.

Your attributes:
- Prior knowledge of the fleet management, finance and/or automotive, truck or materials handling industry.
- Ability to work with limited supervision/direction.
- Natural ability to interpret data and present findings using logical reasoning.
- Adaptability and intuition with systems, including strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint as well as confidence with several SAAS systems.
- Business acumen, commercial awareness and a high attention to detail.
- A degree in business, finance or marketing is preferred but not required.
- Technical / engineering experience will be advantageous due to the nature of our product.
