What you'll need to be successful
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development and sales within the civil, environmental or remediation industry
- Demonstrated track record managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working on proposals and tenders of varying complexity and size.
- Be able to confidently manage strict deadlines and competing priorities.
- A high level of attention to detail to manage proposal documentation, preparation and submission.
- Highly effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Establish and grow strong stakeholder relationships.
