About the role
Due to continued growth within the air conditioning business unit, two new Business Development Manager roles have been created within the national team. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Business Development Manager (VIC) will drive and grow sales performance within the State to achieve strong year on year growth in line with corporate and commercial objectives. The appointee will develop and manage strategic relationships with air conditioning trade partners and collaborate with the retail sales team to provide necessary support with technical assistance and product training.
About you
You are an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with a strong track record of success selling air conditioning or HVAC applied products across Retail or Commercial channels. An excellent communicator with a hunter mentality, you are a highly self-motivated, dependable ‘client partner’ who can work independently or as part of an inclusive and collaborative team. You foster deep relationships with customers in this market and think ‘outside the box’ to identify opportunities for sales growth. You will recognise this opportunity as one to forge a career with a high profile successful and well-regarded organisation.
