The Role:
As a pivotal member of our senior leadership team, the Business Development Manager will be based at our dynamic Somersby and Newcastle offices with some travel across NSW to establish connections with important stakeholders.
Your strategic influence will be instrumental in creating business opportunities that resonate across all divisions of our company.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Business Development activities to elevate our company's presence in existing markets and spearhead expansion into new territories.
• Lead BD initiatives by establishing new connections and reinforcing existing relationships within the industry, unlocking growth opportunities.
• Secure projects aligned with our strategic objectives in targeted regions, ensuring sustainable growth for Robson Civil Projects.
• Report on trends within development and growth industries, providing valuable insights to shape our future endeavours.
• Work closely with our executive team to chart the course for sustainable growth, contributing to the establishment of our strategic direction.
