We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

The Role:

• Grow your account list from the ground up with freedom to choose the clients you target
• Source and develop partnerships with clients to then nurture and grow them over the years
• Use a strategic approach to prospect and qualify potential clients, aligning their needs with our digital marketing services
• Collaborate with clients to co-create tailored digital marketing strategies that align with their brand identity and objectives
• Work closely with internal teams to position our digital marketing solutions effectively
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies including AI in the digital marketing space
• Conduct engaging client presentations, effectively communicating the benefits and outcomes of our digital marketing solutions

The Ideal Profile:

• At least 3 years experience working for a digital marketing agency
• Proven track record in Business Development and sales within the digital marketing industry.
• Hungry, proactive and driven attitude to sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools including Google Suite, SEO, and Paid Socials
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
