We are a Small mechanical services company that has seen exceptional growth over the last 5 years, we are currently looking for somebody to join our team and continue this growth, building on our strong foundations and culture to provide services throughout Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Growth: Actively seek new business opportunities and onboard new clients to ensure continuous growth and revenue increase.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans, set sales targets and forecast growth. Prepare and analyse spreadsheets and forecasts to establish clear goals for the team.
• Project Management: Support and lead both new and ongoing projects across various industries, working under the guidance of your supervisor and director.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and engagement.
• Tender & Proposal Management: Prepare, submit and manage tenders and proposals to secure new projects. Ensure quotes are delivered within 2-3 business days and tenders within 1-2 weeks.
• Collaborative Coordination: Work with various departments, suppliers, vendors and contractors to ensure efficient project scheduling and execution. Coordinate with administration to avoid overlaps and maintain smooth operations.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations follow safety procedures and worksafe laws. Prioritise the safety of all staff and adherence to OH&S protocols.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and manage tradesmen and their daily workloads, ensuring efficient collaboration with administration for smooth scheduling.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, property managers, and clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• HVAC Knowledge: Use your mechanical or electrical background in HVAC to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong Business Development and client relationship skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and sales forecasting.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing tenders and proposals.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems with a mechanical or electrical background.
