This position is based in Seven Hills, New South Wales.Your new roleReporting to the Sales Manager, we're on the lookout for a talented individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager and become a key player in our success story.Duties include but are not limited to:Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Sales Expertise: Bring your 3-5 years of Sales experience to exceed targets in a B2B environment.
Market expansion: Identify and secure new markets and revenue opportunities within your region.
Technical Know-How: Demonstrate extensive technical knowledge of our products, capabilities, and services.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a sales plan for the region in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
Training and Support: Provide training, mentoring, and support to the wider sales team.What you will bring to the role:Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
Budget Management: Proven experience with multi-million-dollar budget management.
Networking Skills: Showcase your networking prowess and collaboration skills.
Innovative Solutions: Craft persuasive proposals and quotes with creative and innovative solutions.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of contracts management and commercial processes.
