The Role:
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a driven and resilient Business Development Representative to join our dynamic call centre team in Sydney, Australia. This role is perfect for those new to the sales industry and eager to develop into high-calibre sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact aged and warm leads daily, provided to you by our team.
Confirm and update the lead’s details based on their initial inquiry, and ask any additional required questions to qualify them.
If the lead qualifies, seamlessly transfer them live to the next available Broker or Consultant for further service.
Effectively provide updates and notes on the appropriate software's.
Who You Are:
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced call centre environment, understanding that it involves a high volume of dialling and repetitive conversations.
Your skin is thick; you’re not easily discouraged by rejection and are prepared for the occasional unfriendly response.
Highly motivated and driven, you’re eager to push through challenges and meet your targets.
An excellent communicator, capable of engaging leads effectively and professionally.
Punctual. Shows up to work and appointments on time, every time.

We are also offering this role Part time.
Part Time: 4 hours per day, Mon - Fri, OTE is $37,050 to $63,500
