Business Development Representative | Contact Centre (BDR)
Who are we?
We are a highly skilled renewable energy sales & installation company servicing installations for the top solar retailers on the east coast. Solana Energy is growing rapidly and adapting to the new wave of renewable energy solutions.
We are on the hunt for new talent to develop in our new Contact Centre, adding strength to our business while we continue our rapid rise.
We have a brand new office in Mascot, Sydney, complete with brand-new furnishings and great views while you work!

What do we want from you?
- 1 years experience working in a contact centre - Outbound or Inbound
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team
- Efficient in data entry and CRM Management
- Australian working rights
- A positive attitude and a solid work ethic
Useful Skills:
- Previous contact centre experience (all types of experience relevant)
- Previous sales pitch training - Phones/Face to Face
- Experience working towards KPIs
- Competitive sporting background
- Confident communicator
- Excellent organisation skills
- Computer proficient - Word, Excel, CRM Management
