About the role
ERP Support operates under the Finance division's umbrella, tasked with catering to NEC Australia's business requirements concerning the ERP system. Within its purview are the maintenance and oversight of various tools such as SAP, Replicon, TM1, and Intramart. The department diligently ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of these critical systems and tools.
Skills & Experience (up to 5 dot points)
- 3+ years’ experience with IBM Planning Analytics TM1 development
- Prior experience with SQL scripting, necessary for data exchange between SQL database and TM1
- Prior experience with Power BI Dashboard development will be highly regarded
- Ability to translate analytical and technical information into clear and meaningful terms
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Finance team and essential business users to grasp needs and execute solutions aligned with those needs.
- Executing a solution within TM1 may involve constructing fresh data cubes, dimensions, ETL procedures, regulations, reports, and input templates.
- Ensuring data quality and consistency across all solutions and reports.
- Attaining expertise in TM1, sharing best practices, enhancing users' TM1 proficiency, and providing training as needed.
- Complete ad hoc requests from the Finance team to assist with the End of Month and Budgeting/Forecasting process.
- Perform TM1 system maintenance and end user support.
