To provide expert, timely and pro-active advice on all business management issues to support the operational and strategic activities of the allocated units across Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Service.

About the Role
The Business Manager will enhance the financial, human resource and business capability of the respective units, through the initiation and evaluation of innovative proposals that will position the units for future progress.
- Provision of comprehensive advice and training to divisional staff for all related matters.
- Participate and support the development of the Unit's Business Plan.
- Evaluate the economic feasibility of any planned initiatives of the Unit and provide support in the preparation and presentation of a sound and well documented business case.
