1. People & Culture Operations: Oversee the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and exit processes.
2. Event Management: Coordinate attendance at key HealthCare conferences and lead the execution of internal team offsites (next one for all employees is in Bali in Oct 2024, we need you to organise it)
3. Administrative Assistance: About ~20% of your time will be like a senior EA for the CEO to give him super powers.
