Reporting directly to the CFO, they are seeking a Senior Finance Business after experiencing steady growth over recent years. The role focuses on focuses on delivering strategic insights to drive informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities:Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, developing and maintaining financial models.Manage Total Trade Spend and Supplier Funding for Sales and Marketing teams, providing financial support in negotiations.Develop and implement pricing models for optimal profitability across brands and channels.Monitor Cash Flow Forecast to manage FX exposure effectively.Support Operation and Warehouse teams in improving Cost To Serve (CTS) by channel.Analyse market trends, providing insights to the leadership team. Qualifications and Attributes:CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years in a commercial environment.FMCG/Retail experience, land and manufacturing costing.Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and advanced EXCEL modeling.Effective communication with senior stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset.
