Job Description

As an experienced Business Services Manager,you will play a key role in overseeing and managing a varied portfolio ofclients including national and international corporate, privately ownedbusinesses and high net worth families. This position requires adetail-oriented and strategic thinker who can lead a team of skilledprofessionals in providing top-notch accounting services.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead andmentor a team of ambitious accountants, providing guidance and support.

·      Review workof senior/junior accountants, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with relevantlegislation

·      Proficientin workflow management

·      Ensurebudgets, deadlines and compliance obligations are met in a timely manner

·      Managementof staff training in collaboration with the Partners

Qualifications

To be successful in the role you will need thefollowing:

·      Degree inAccounting

·      Is CA/CPAqualified

·      Minimum 6 year’sexperience in Business Services manager role

·      Excellentleadership and communication skills.

·      Ability towork collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

·      Demonstratedflexible and adaptable approach to complex problem solving
